MYOTHERAPY
Myotherapy is a ‘hands on’ manual therapy focusing primarily on soft tissue in the musculoskeletal system.
They incorporate assessment and treatment including dry needling and myofascial cupping, as well as rehabilitation to assist in relieving presenting pain symptoms

Brad
Brad is the founder of Performance Healthcare. He has over 20 years of industry experience, and was lucky enough that at a young age he knew which career path he wanted to take. Brad has an obvious passion for people and healthcare. He prides himself on his motivated and bubbly personality which can align with most people.
Brad thinks Myotherapy is a great form of manual treatment and one of the things that he loves about it is that there are many ways a myotherapist can treat a patient.
Brad's industry experience over 20 years includes working with the Victorian state cricket team, the West Indies and Sri Lankan cricket teams when visiting Melbourne, Richmond football club, and has been treating professional athletes in the Supercar series since 2008. Brad now specialises in treating pro and amateur sports people of varying levels and general family wellness.
Outside of the clinic Brad loves spending time with his wife and 4 children, travelling, engaging in many sports from running to cycling and swimming, and to satisfy his love to get outside. His ultimate sport is running, having now completed 5 marathons.

Dylan
Dylan is a valuable member of Performance Healthcare. His many interests on many levels are one of the many great attributes Dylan has. Dylan has over 15 years of industry experience, working as an allied health professional in leisure centres, to Chinese medicine practices.
From an early age Dylan has always been keen on sports. He has been active and has participated in team and individual events.
He completed his Myotherapy qualifications, and has spent time upskilling as personal trainer, Crossfit coach and supplement expert.
He has recently started his own supplement based company and he is the man to ask in regards to anything health!

Alyssa
Dr. Alyssa completed her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy in 2014.
She quickly immersed herself in the field, gaining experience across small local clinics, fast-paced multidisciplinary practices, and elite sporting clubs, including the Melbourne Storm Rugby League team.
Building on her Myotherapy expertise, Alyssa earned a double bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Applied Science in Osteopathy from RMIT in 2022.
By integrating her skills from both disciplines, she takes a holistic approach to patient care—focusing on treating the individual as a whole to support optimal healing.
She firmly believes in the importance of personalised treatment plans, recognising that each person has unique needs and goals.
In addition to her hands-on expertise, Alyssa is a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor, allowing her to combine manual therapy with tailored exercise programs for comprehensive patient management.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys staying active through running and weight training, striving to practice what she preaches. When she’s not exercising, she nurtures her creative side through numerous artistic pursuits.

Keely
Keely has completed her Advanced diploma in Myotherapy and Diploma in Remedial massage at MIMT.
She has always been interested in health and fitness and is passionate about improving the bodies everyday function, believing in not just treating symptoms but addressing the root causes of pain.
Keely is passionate about educating clients of the importance of daily movement and techniques to implement at home to keep their bodies mobile and improve there overall wellbeing.
Her holistic approach aims to not only to provide immediate relief but also empower individuals to take an active role in their overall wellbeing.
Outside of the clinic, Keely loves to spend quality time with her beloved pet Golden Retrievers.
